HOT HONEY CHICKEN
2 CHICKEN LEGS, (drum sticks & thighs)(((and wings..if you have them)))
1/2 cup HOT HONEY
1 tablespoon SALT
sprinkle. MARAS CHILI AND URFA CHILI
use the hot honey, and mix it all up with the chicken in a bowl and the salt
then put it on a small sheet tray then in a 400 F oven.
cook for 15 minutes. then take it out and mix the chicken around, re- glazing it.
back in the hot oven for 15 more. YOU CAN TURN IT UP TO 450 F IF YOU AREN'T AFRAID OF SOME SMOKE AND COLOR. (see picture...)
take it out and put it on a plate.
spoon the pan sauce on the chicken.
sprinkle with chili flakes.
