HOT HONEY:

2C                    LOCAL HONEY

1 teaspoon       MARAS CHILI FLAKES

1 teaspoon       URFA CHILI FLAKES

1                        SMOKED PIMENTON PEPPER (dried)

1                        PASILLA PEPPER (dried)

2 tablespoon    APPLE CIDER VINEGAR 

1/2 teaspoon     FENNEL POLLEN 

 

Super easy. 

Put EVERYTHING EXCEPT THE FENNEL POLLEN  in a CROCKPOT//SLOWCOOKER and cook on low setting 

FOR ONE HOUR.

then add the fennel pollen, stir, and put in a jar and let it cool. 

PUT IT ON EVERYTHING.
